ECP believes there is a sizeable opportunity for outsized returns at the small-cap end of the market.  ECP pursues such investments using a variety of investment structures.

ECP is actively seeking potential acquisition targets with a particular focus on the industrial, food and consumer products, energy, and transportation sectors.

Key acquisition criteria include a history of profitability and free cash flow generation, opportunities for growth organically or through add-on acquisitions, a defensible business niche, and a diversified customer and supplier base.
